We are absolutely thrilled to have had such a resounding success for the Festival of the Iberian Horse in our second year at Westpoint. The event saw four sold out shows and over 10,000 people on site including daytime visitors. the atmosphere was truly electric for every single Espectáculo.
Ten years in the making, the anniversary show met up to very high expectations when we raised every single bar following our first event, and very steep learning curves at Westpoint in 2022.
It was a truly state of the art, world class production. by any standards, and visitors and industry professionals alike continue to shower the Festival with rave reviews (see the home page for multiple carousels of feedback). As a small home grown South West organisation, we are incredibly proud of what has been achieved for the equestrian and events industry in the region, and of course for the horses and people of Spain and Portugal here in the UK.
It literally takes a war horse army to deliver an event of this size, and we extend our love and thanks to every single person who has given so much - volunteers, guests, competitors, performers, photographers, dancers, guitarists, singers, caterers, traders, DJs, contractors, dignitaries, security, medics, reporters, cleaners and more, every single person is part of the Festival of the Iberian Horse. And of course, we extend our sincere gratitude to Westpoint for opening their arena doors to this event.
We can't wait to see you all next year, 28th August - 1st September 2024, tickets go on sale 1st December at The Box Office.
What a picture from production photographer Ash Piper featuring Córdoba Ecuestre who were seen here in the UK for the first time ever, and starred with global superstars Magali Delgado & Frédéric Pignon: la passion des chevaux, Lynne Macleod representing The Association for British Working Equitation, and all of our Parade riders.
