Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger. Several hundred crew, contractors, creatives and volunteers, bring the Festival to fruition, it’s a literal war horse army! A fantastic look at the state of the art production at the heart of the event, caught on a great angle by Weathered Oak - Photography and Videography.
We are very proud of a seamless set up in 2023 taking huge learning forward from our first year at Westpoint in 2022. The South West region, events industry, equestrian industry and of course Spain and Portugal, can, and should be rightly proud of an event that has firmly established itself as one of the most exciting and dynamic equestrian, arts and cultural events in Europe - the Iberian horse has inspired something truly incredible. We have loved watching the build of London International knowing that our tiny, home grown South West team walk a path trodden by true giants of the events industry. 2024 tickets are on sale now, our work is never over - it will will be even bigger, better, and stronger as we continue to raise the bar higher, as they say, you ain’t seen nothing yet!
10 years in the making, The Festival of the Iberian Horse was brought to you by 18 artics, over 500 tonnes of wax surface, a 20 tonne excavator, a roller, a tractor, two cherry pickers, one telehandler, hundreds of lights and hoists, hundreds of metres of drapes, 2200 seats, the barriers from Creamfields, dozens of olive trees, over 40 caterers and traders, cancelled flights and drives across Europe, and so much more besides including a whole lotta love! And, of course, the horses, the beautiful and breathtaking horses of Spain and Portugal
As always we extend huge gratitude to every single person that contributes to the event...
