Thursday 29th August
DAYTIME - "Training Thursday" indoors - masterclasses with incredible Iberian professionals 12pm until 5pm and all day outdoors. Traders will be open from 10am. Various demos outdoors from Chefs showing you the skills of cooking the Iberian way, and Flamenco workshops in the conference room and Flamenco displays throughout the day.
EVENING - The opening Espectáculo begins with the fire, fado, Flamenco Fantasia with Rebeca Ortega, one of Spain's most famous Flamenco dancers, and, Claudia Aurora with the healing sound of Fado, plus and some very special equine guests. This will be 20-30 minutes. Then we move into the headline iberian superstars - Clémence Faivre, Córdoba Ecuestre and Silke Vallentin. Dazzling and inspirational, each act interwoven together to transport you to Iberia and beyond. All under a spectacular, state of the art sound and light system. With Westpoint draped to all four side, the feel is of an epic equestrian theatre. Run time is 7pm - 930pm approximately, you can arrive from 5pm. Or add a daytime ticket and enjoy the full day programme, you save £5 per person when you come day and night.
Friday 30th August
DAYTIME - Dressage day indoors - Working Equitation, then a limited programme of British Dressage, then the Working Equitation Ease of Handling rounds (all levels). Various demos outdoors from equine instructors, Michelin Chefs showing you the skills of cooking the Iberian way, and Flamenco workshops in the conference room and the Lisbon Lounge, Flamenco displays throughout the day. Show Jumping outdoors in the Devon County arena.

DAYTIME - "Sporting Saturday" indoors - the prestigious showing classes from 8am, the Working Equitation novice speed rounds finish the daytime programme. All the traders will be open from 9am. Various demos outdoors from equine instructors, Michelin Chefs showing you the skills of cooking the Iberian way, and Flamenco workshops in the conference room and the Lisbon Lounge and Flamenco displays throughout the day. Show Jumping outdoors in the Devon County arena.
EVENING - The Saturday night Espectáculo begins with the advanced Working Equitation riders completing their speed rounds - fast furious and super exciting as they make their way around a beautiful obstacle course, a very technical sport requiring incredible communication with the horse. You'll see the British Working Equitation riders and the four winning horses from the days showing championships take a lap of honour the Iberian way. Then we move into the headline iberian superstars - Clémence Faivre, Córdoba Ecuestre and Silke Vallentin. A dazzling and inspirational show from 7pm - 930pm approximately. Each act interwoven together to transport you to Iberia and beyond. All under a spectacular, state of the art sound and light system, Westpoint draped to all four sides creates an epic equestrian theatre.
Sunday 1st September
Sunday is the final day, it's special and emotions run high. You'll see all of the headline stars.
The ticket for the Espectáculo includes free access to La Plaza before and after the show. Various performances and the raffle will take place indoors and outdoors all morning before the show starts at 130pm. You can stay after the show and meet the stars on the show and enjoy the trade stands before heading home. Tickets are a little cheaper for children on the Sunday
